yeah, the food problem is the worst because i kinda cant live without food. i would only have 1-2 servings of certain foods around the house, but the problem is that i live with my family, who also have to eat their food. and i do normally exercise as a purging method, but it doesnt get rid of all the calories

ive tried doing things to take my mind off of these things, but it doesnt normally work, and if it does, i end up with another habit. idk.
