our certainly not an idiot telling someone about cutting is extremly hard.
You may feel like you don't want to stop right now but do you know why? Is it because your unsure on how you would cope otherwise?

sh can seem to be helping and it is easy to become dependant upon but surely a part of you wants to stop and knows its bad. Maybe you could write your friend a letter? My friend guessed that i cut so luckily i never had to explain that i did but its hard i know from previous expeirences. I wrote my friend a letter when i first started as i wanted help but couldn't say anything to her face. Maybe you could try this?
And your not lying by not saying anything your just hiding it x
