We had Saffron Potato Salad with Sun-dried Tomatoes and Basil (a Vegan recipe from a book my sister bought me, "Easy Vegan"), Coconut Curry Tofu (One of those awesome things Griffyn makes), and for dessert, we'll be having Vegan Brownie Cheesecake. Mmm.
