Hi Kate! I think that you need to be very careful, any drug use (even if it is for medical problem) can be addictive. It is perfectly ok to take paracetamol if you have a headache, but if you don't have one, there is no need to put this drug in you body. I think that you know this is not a normal behaviour, that is why you are hidding the drugs in your room.
I don't know if this is an addcition, but it could easily become one it you don't control it while you still can. Try to find another coping method for the times when you feel like you need to have paracetamol in order to control the urge.
