Hey there,
I'm really sorry things are hard for you at the moment and i know how hard it is when you are calling out and it feels like no one is responding. People care so much about you, and I know you feel like they don't at the moment but they really do; I care and I believe in you, I know you CAN do this.
Maybe you should take a look at the alternatives thread here these will help to distract you from the urges, not all of them may work for you, it is trial and error so hang in there and you WILL find one that does.
Perhaps you should talk to someone you trust about this, such as a family member or a close friend, someone that can support you and be there when you need help.
