Just because we have a slip up doesn't mean we aren't worth it anymore. It's going to happen to the best of us. It's happened to you, it's happened to me, it's happened to everyone on this forum. What matters is what we do after the slip up. Do we throw in the towel and say "well, that's that, I might as well keep on self harming?" Or do we get back up, brush ourselves off, and try again to strive for that self harm free life?

You have to answer this question for yourself. But my hope for you is that you will choose the latter.
