You haven't failed us. It is okay to slip up, just keep on going. Set goals for yourself and try to beat them, try watching TV, reading a book, or coming on here to distract yourself. There are so many alternatives, find one that works for you. There's always someone willing to talk here. It's not too late. You CAN beat this. It may be hard at times, but you can get through this. We are always here to help you along the way. Please stay strong.
