Yes, I can say that this has happened to me before. It is a matter of finding alternatives that work for you, though, so you can beat the urge. Have you ever checked out this alternatives list? There are some pretty helpful things on it. Are you completely sure the urges are out of nowhere? There could be things triggering you without you even realizing it. Try writing down what has happened throughout your day, taking note of what time it is when you are triggered and what you are doing when it occurred, to see if you can notice any patterns and try to work out a solution from there.
