Hi,
First off, Welcome to TeenHelp! I hope you are finding things around the site okay and that it is easy to get used to for you.
If you haven't yet, I really recommend you look at the Self Harm Alternatives thread.
There are a lot of great alternatives there and some may help you, some may not, it is all about trying them out and seeing what works for you.
