Hey Kim, I noticed at the bottom of your page that you have a scripture. If you truly know and the love the Lord, you should pray and ask him to help you to stop, and to give you strength when you feel weak. The bible tells you where you are weak he is strong, so call him and he will deliver your from this and it will be for his glory and your personal testimony. I'll be praying for you.
