It doesn't sound like you are pregnant since you took two tests already. Also, you may not be showing yet if you were pregnant. Some women don't even start to show until 7th or 8th month. Others can start showing at 3 months.

It just depends on your body. 4 months on a pills shouldn't have you developing new symptoms. But you may have just caught a bug. And I know when I'm sick, I crave foods like mad. No idea why. But I'm always craving something I don't eat much.

Let us know what happens at the doctors.
