Maybe this pretending-that-nothing-ever-happened-between-us approach is the best way to go about things, and it's what we're both doing, but I can't stop thinking about it. All the time. When I'm looking at you I'm thinking about all the stuff that we said to each other and the things that we did in that tunnel off the beach that afternoon (which makes me wince.) I'm thinking about how I know what it's like to kiss you. We know some stuff about each other that no one else in that room does. It doesn't help that I like you, I really like you. I'd never do anything about it because I love my boyfriend and you wouldn't be good for me but I really like you and it's annoying. I feel like this thing is going to come up at some stage...I can't believe we'll make it to October seeing each other twice a week without mentioning it at all. I'm finding it so hard to play the part of your sister.
