Addiction problem? - December 19th 2012, 09:34 PM

I always have some sort of addiction, I don't think I've ever been without one, whether it's internet, drinking, facebook, talking, a game, (depression?).

I'm always 'addicted' to something.. (by addicted I mean, can’t stop thinking about it, I want to do it constantly and will waste hours doing it)

I find it hard to do tasks I don't really enjoy (homework), I also day dream A LOT about other things that I want to be doing (whatever I'm addicted to)

If I want to quit an 'addiction' I always end up replacing it with another one. I don't know how to fully stop these 'addictions' because they are seriously affecting my concentration at school and how lazy I have become etc.

Any advice?
