Haha running at the gym, I have been running so much and for so long, I can barely walk, my feet are murdering me. The half an hour walk there and back makes a contribution as well  . I ban you because my health assessment is in ten days, hopefully my effort pays off LOL. I also ban you because someone accused me of having an eating disorder the other day  .
