Hey there, Leslie. Thanks for posting. I am sorry to hear you're struggling, and I hope we are able to help.

One thing I know for sure is that our feelings often aren't always the most accurate. A lot of people, myself included, tend to feel like we are bothering others, or perhaps that our lives don't even matter. I don't know what's going on with you or in your life to make you feel this way, but I've found that we are usually bothering people a lot less than we think we are, and, in fact, it would be very upsetting for others if we were no longer here to "bother" them.

Unfortunately, things sometimes do seem to go wrong all at once, and it always feels terrible when that happens. But you're still here, and you're still continuing in the face of all that adversity, and that says something pretty cool about your character. You are strong, and the fact you're reaching out highlights that strength.

Do you feel comfortable sharing a bit more about what's going on in your life? We might be able to help a bit more if we have more information. If not, know that while it seems difficult, there are reasons to continue to try, and be present in life, even when it seems hopeless. And please remember, we are always here for you.
