i believe it has been 2 weeks and 3 days since i last self harmed. and 5 months since i last cut!

6 months 8-11-08 was the last time!!! gotta keep it up....and congrates to everyone even the one day ppl cuz every journey starts with a singal step!

I just want to say well done to everyone. Trying to beat self harm is very hard but please keep trying and don't give up. Your all doing so well. Every minute, hour, day is an achievement. Stay strong.

I believe somewhere around 61 days.
I almost slipped last weekend but I managed to not give in.

I seriously can't believe how well i'm doing, especially as I'm getting really bad urges, and major panic attacks over it.

I've been SH free for 1 year and 2 months. My scars look horrible and I don't think they are ever going to go away but they also serve as a reminder of how I stumbled in my life but also got through it and the people who helped me.
