TeenHelp - I'm being repeatedly raped by my landlord

Three years ago my Dad left Mum to be with someone else. It hit my Mum hard but she carried on working. We hardly ever see Dad now except around my birthday or Christmas. He's got a new family now and he and his new partner have a two year old son.

I'm currently unemployed but looking for work so I can help Mum with bills and stuff. I didn't know until four months ago that Mum was behind with the rent. I came home to Mum having an almighty row with our landlord. He stormed out quickly when I got home and I didn't know at the time and she didn't tell me but he had asked her to pay back the rental arrears by having sex with him.

A couple of weeks later the landlord showed up at the house while Mum was at work and made the same demand to me. He said he'd pay a set amount of money off the arrears whenever I'd have sex with him. I told him where to go and he eventually left. He would show up at the house and make the same demand to me whenever he was in the area and when Mum was at work. I would tell him where to get off but didn't say anything to Mum about it as I was worried that he would start eviction proceedings in retaliation.

Just under two months ago he came by the house and made the same demand to me with my usual response telling him where to go. This time he didn't leave. Instead he raped me twice. The first time I couldn't stop him and he told me during it that he'd be round regularly for his "Payment". When he was finished he waited around long enough so he was ready to do it again to me.

Eventually he left but he took my number and gave me instructions to make sure I'm home whenever he wants to come round. He will ring my phone once the night before if hes going to come round the following day and I have to text back "Busy" if for some reason Mum isn't going to work. if I text "Busy" when Mum is at work he gets really angry as he phones her at work to check and he was really rough with me the first time I tried it.

Now he comes round either twice or three times a week and I just let him have whatever he wants as it is easier than fighting him and he threatens to kick us out if I tell anyone.

Mum's expressed surprise in the last two weeks that the rental arrears have come down but has no idea why and I can't tell her. I'm not sure what to do though. I was going to put up with it until the arrears hit zero but the landlord has dropped a few hints that he is going to carry on anyway.
