What was this

I don’t know what to call this I don’t know if it’s even that bad Indont know where to ask so I wanted to ask here i was groomed when i was like 15 by my boyfriend who was 23, im curious about one part because i don’t think it really counts as anything at all and i feel bad for being so affected by it because we never djd anything in person he’d make me video call him this is gross sorry he’d jack off to me and talk like he was here n like . guide me??through fucking myself i’m sorry i just found this forum i hope im doing it right i just dont know what to call it because i dont know if its even that bad

I’m sorry you went through this and it makes sense that it affected you. You were a minor so him exposing himself to you is illegal. I can’t think of the right term right now but it’s definitely not right and is abuse. Do you have a therapist or trusted audit in your life who you can talk to about this? Since it has affected you so much it might help to have someone you can sort out the event with and your feelings about it to get to a better place. Remember that this was not your fault. He took advantage of you and it still “counts” as sedums abuse.

Hello and welcome to Teenhelp. Thank you for coming on and telling us about what has happened and I am sorry you went through this. Do you have a favorite teacher at school who you truly or the school counselor and let them know that this has happened to you so that they can help you. If you are not able to say this outloud then write it down or email this to them. Try finding something that you enjoy doing to get your mind off of this for a while, going outside for a walk or hike or watching movies or playing games or something else that can help. Hope you will be okay soon.
