Like I said when I was 14 my uncle raped me, I have never told anyone about it. because if that happened there would have been a major war and
I didn't want to relive it. My father abused me physically when I was young Him and mom was divorced. He used pressure points on me pretty much told me I was a piece of crap and I haven't seen him since I was 10.

Hi Katie,

I understand that it's hard, but you should talk to your mum or a teacher, or another adult that you can trust, about what happened, because once you've told someone, it'll feel like a huge weight lifted off of your shoulders. That adult will be able to help you to forget about it all, and move on. I understand that it's not easy telling someone about that face to face, and if you find that's too upsetting, try writing it in a letter and giving it to the person.
