What is your favourite self-care?
I was just wondering what your favourite ways of looking after yourself are?
For me I love to spend time outdoors in nature going for a walk or run, I try to go at least 3-4 times a week so I can stay active if I can. Now that it's starting to get chilly outdoors I also like to just lounge in front of some feel good TV with a hot drink too. |

Treating myself to a cup of hot coffee while reading a book :)
I also enjoy walks in the forest and hot baths with scented bath bombs! |

I enjoy being outdoors in nature and spending time with the dogs. Also having quiet time to read a book.

I enjoy dancing, walking and playing with my three dogs, playing with my cats and ice skating indoors and outdoors with my little cousins.

listening to music, playing video games, watching youtube videos(funny videos or whatever). Also hanging with my two dogs!

I enjoy looking at cat pictures on Instagram, but I also look at whimsical pictures on Instagram; for example I am seeing a lot of autumn pictures when I scroll through my feed. I also enjoy reading lyrics and reading fanfiction. :)
