I think I have an eating disorder

For as long as I can remember, I always have been unhealthy. I recently tried not to eat as much as I do and try to only eat when I'm hungry, but I just can't. My grand-mom got me like this. Ever since I was 3, my grand-mom has gotten me used to eating unhealthy foods like snacks and what not instead of eating healthy foods like vegetables and fruits etc. I recently gained a lot of weight, I used to be [EDITED] pounds. Now I'm [EDITED] pounds and counting. I'm only 14 and I'm really afraid that I might have a heath condition considering the fact tht I have a lot of health conditions.

What do you think it might be?
What should I do?

Hi there gorgeous,

it's against Code of conduct to put weight numbers so I would advise you remove them, or somebody will be along shortly to remove them.

I think you should, if you're worried, start a diet and exercise regimen, start eating fruit and vegies and don't stress out because stress gives you a bigger appetite.
Maybe talk to her about it and ask if she could prepare healthier meals?

Jay.

That's a great idea. But there's one problem. I can't stomach vegetables.

What health conditions do I think you might have? I'm not supposed to be diagnosing you with anything, but a lot of things can come to be by only eating junk food, and over eating. I think you need to talk to your doctor about this. Tell them what you told us. They are going to be able to refer you to a dietitian or a nutritionist. They are going to set up a meal plan for you to follow based on different factors (weight, height, body shape, etc.) You're meant to follow that meal plan. If you do, you'll be healthy and probably generally feel a lot better. If we eat good foods- it can up our moods, boost our immune system and give us natural energy. I also think you need to talk to someone your close to about this so they can help you out as well, and give you that necessary support you need.
