Tips for staying motivated to eat healthier?

Hi everyone,
I’ve been trying to eat healthier but I always lose motivation after a few days and end up going back to junk food. Do you have any tips or small habits that keep you on track with healthy eating?

Hello, try to not buy a lot of junk food so it is not around you to eat all the time. This way you are not going back and forth if you are trying to stay away from this. Good luck.

Hi there,

The only advice I can give you is to not have as much (or any at all!) junk food in the house. Over a certain period of time, dieticians say that your cravings for sugary or salty food decreases.

Set up a goal for yourself. For example, if you go a week without any junk food, buy yourself something such as new clothes, book, etc.

I hope this helps.
