How long have you been sober for?

From alcohol- I consider myself to have been sober for 4 months.

From benzos: I am almost done with my taper.

I'm trying to not have as much alcohol as I can for as long as I can.

Well, the whole covid thing is probably making that goal a bit hard to keep up with right now. As for your original question I guess I am more of a social drinker. Ive been sober since my dad cleaned the garage, found my stash. Being 16 and stuck at home makes it hard to be social.

That's pretty much my goal as well. Restrict it to wine only and only on the weekends.

(Note: I am in my mid 30s, so I am of legal age to drink)

I generally don't drink on the days that I'm working and save myself for my days off but even then, I would like to avoid drinking.
