no butter chocolate chip cookie recipe
 

Thought I would share

I was cravin' some chocolate chip cookies, ALL set to make some.. and bam... no butter... no brown sugar :'(

BUT!

I found a solution! And they taste pretty similar!

1 Cup Olive Oil (or vegetable oil. I had no veggie oil, so olive it was)
1 1/2 cup white sugar (or 1 cup brown, 1/2 white). had no brown sugar, used all white)

Mix these together!

2 tsp vanilla
2 eggs

mix together with first two ingredients.

Add
1 tsp baking soda
2 1/2 cups flour (gets VERY hard to stir. but stick with it! I broke a fork lol)
2 tbsp cornstarch
1 bag chocolate chips

Bake for 8-10 minutes at 375f
