What "different" or "uncommon" foods do you like?

Are there any "different" foods that you like? By this, I mean foods that perhaps aren't common or are not talked about as much. Or even foods that friends and loved one's are surprised you eat because they themselves won't eat it.

I have two I can think of for me. One is sauerkraut. My doctor got me into fermented foods, and I have been eating it the last few years. It's surprisingly versatile. My brother doesn't like it and teases me because if you eat it cooked instead of raw, you can smell it throughout the house.

The second one is pineapple upside down cake (without the cherries). This is my absolute favorite kind of cake and I make it usually in spring and for my birthday. My brother also thinks this is gross, but I love it. Especially with the brown sugar on top. I like that on sweet potato casserole too!

I like broccoli with anchovy. Common? Not common? I don't know, but it's a "different" food anyway
