What is your favorite form of potato?

Fries, mashed, baked, scalloped, roasted, something else? What’s your favorite form of potato? Mine is mashed.

I love potatoes. I make a lot of roasted potatoes,
mashed potatoes with gravy and everyone in my family like baked potatoes, I don't like them.
