Re: Good recipes

Did you ever tried Caesar salad?

As i found on the Brave research:
"A classic Caesar salad consists of crisp romaine lettuce, homemade croutons, shaved Parmesan cheese, and a creamy emulsion dressing. The dressing base typically includes egg yolks, minced garlic, anchovies (or anchovy paste), lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce, slowly emulsified with olive oil.

Key Ingredients
Greens: Romaine lettuce hearts, torn or chopped.
Croutons: Cubed day-old bread (like baguette or sourdough) tossed in olive oil and baked until crisp.
Dressing: Egg yolks, garlic, anchovies, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and olive oil.
Topping: Parmesan cheese shavings."

It's soo damn good. Yum.
