school comments
since I've been back to school kids have been calling me fat and "A sphere" as one kid said. No matter whether I react or not they keep making the comments. So I told a teacher today. I'm scared that I will be yelled at for communicating through email for that because my school hates when I email my teachers anything non-classwork related, even thing like this when I just can't say it aloud. I'm 170lbs or 77kgs. And I've gone back to starving myself to lose weight. God why can't I just get better...? Why are people so mean..? Why...

Re: school comments
Hey Ashton,
I'm sorry that people are making such rude comments to you. Please remember that it isn't your fault. Bullies will take any opportunity to target someone. I think it's good that you told a teacher. Many schools have a no-tolerance bullying policy in place, so the teacher may be able to do something about the bullies. Even though you're not supposed to email the teacher outside of classwork, this is something serious. It sounds like you made the best choice you could. If you do get in trouble, you can try explaining to them that you didn't feel safe telling the teacher about the bullies out loud. It sounds like there are some supportive members at your school and I'm sure they'll be able to do something to help reduce the bullying. Starving yourself to lose weight is never the answer. It can lead to long-term health consequences such as reduced heart rate, reduced blood pressure, and decreased hormone levels. Rather than engaging in harmful behaviors to lose weight, I highly recommend eating balanced meals and following a regular exercise routine. It's important to ensure that you are not exercising an unhealthy amount. 3-4 days a week for about an hour a day is typically a good schedule to follow. If possible, consider meeting with a nutritionist and/or workout coach at a local gym. They can help you come up with a plan that is healthy and safe to follow while helping you achieve your goals. Being bullied is always difficult, but I know you'll get through it. Take care, Sam |
Re: school comments
Hello!
It's not your fault. Bullism is always present, in any form, in any way. The only thing I can told you to do is to continue ignore that. If you continuosly think about it, you will ruin yourself. Remember: you're perfect as you are. Don't change for a stupid bunch of people. |
Re: school comments
Hello, I am sorry about this and hope you will be okay soon. Try talking to somebody that you trust for help, a teacher or the school counselor or someone else at school and let them know what is happening to you so that all of this can stop. I hope you will be okay soon.

Re: school comments
I already told my safety teacher and the principal about it, so it got handled, we got over this bump and stayed friends.
