Anyone else feel anxious for no clear reason?
 

Hi everyone,

I’ve been feeling on edge a lot lately, even when nothing "bad" is happening. It’s like my brain just won’t stop coming up with worries out of nowhere. I’ll be fine one moment, and then suddenly I’m imagining the worst about school, friends, or the future. :( It gets exhausting because I don’t always know how to explain it to people around me. They usually just say "don’t worry about it" — but if it were that easy, I wouldn’t be here.
How do you calm yourself down when the anxiety doesn’t seem to have a clear cause?
