TeenHelp - Triggering (SH): School is so fun

[FONT=""][COLOR=""][SIZE=""][FONT=""][COLOR=""][SIZE=""][FONT=""][COLOR=""][SIZE=""]The past two months I’ve been feeling suicidal and recently picked up SH again (mild scratching), but not even one month into school, an ex-friend threatened the school (has a hit list with 20+ people and causes of deaths). So in addition to my feeling of worthlessness, I’m also stressing about getting murdered during the school day (I have a class with him). After the school found out about his list, he got suspended for about a week. Last year, he brought a knife to school and he constantly slash flashes on instagram. I know he can get weapons into school, so I have a very reasonable assumption he can and will act upon his list. I know he is pissed at me and I’m almost definitely on the list because people who haven’t even met him are on the list for being friends with people he doesn’t like. I’m gonna die 😭[/size][/color][/font][/size][/color][/font][/size][/color][/font]
