Such a nice goodbye from work.
I've only been in my bar job for six weeks, but I'm going away for the whole summer so had to hand in my notice last week. It was my last shift yesterday and after hugs from all my managers, my boss came up as I was leaving and presented me with a bottle of the most expensive wine!! And he told me I'd be welcome to come back to the job in September, even though that's in over twice the amount of time I actually worked there. I told my friend, who's worked there for a while, and she looked impressed and said she'd never heard of anyone else getting a goodbye gift like this....I obviously managed to do something right :nosweat:

Wow, they must have really liked having you there. You obviously did a great job there so you should be proud of yourself. You're awesome, though, so I'm not surprised. :)

It is pretty awesome that you had a goodbye like this, especially if they said that you're welcome to come back! I think you should try to come back in September, they seem like a good job. D:
