The usual school-related stuff and community service, but I also was able to confide in my teacher that I almost overdosed last year and that I still self harm. <3

I voulnteered, decorated for Christmas and chilled with a friend. Today marks day four with no cutting. (the farthest I've gone since the ten weeks over the summer) I've been fighting an urge these four days and I'm getting tired of fighting it.

Went to all of my classes, packed my entire room, moved into my aunt's, cooked dinner, and now I still have time to relax. :dem:

I set a new 5K record yesterday (26:24!) at running club, I woke up early this morning to take a shower BEFORE school, I managed to stay in a good mood all day, I kept my friend from doing anything overly stupid to Mr. D's whiteboard, and I had a magnificent time playing capture the flag in a muddy, extremely slippery field at running club :)

did a lot of laundry, cleaned part of the bathroom, organized some things, cleaned the kitchen and washed the massive stack of dishes that my roommate had collected. and now i'm working on christmas cards. shizam.
