I've accomplished waking up. :p Later on I'm going to run to town and pay some bills, as well as spending some time with my Mamaw.

I've accomplished resting and self care, which was much needed after the week I've had. So glad to have had some alone time to rest and relax.

Made it through the bad day at work and it was insanely busy. Tomorrow is a short shift and then a day off.

I've accomplished paying some bills, watching some TV, and going to the library to return some books. Seems lame, but when I'm having a fare up it's hard to move around, so I'm going to consider this a win.

Very productive day!
Did Thursday's work today since there was not much else to do. Cooked off a couple meals for myself to get through Thursday. Ran the dishes, and I managed to fit objects in snug like a puzzle. |

I was feeling down so I actually reached out to people instead of wallowing for once and it worked out pretty well. I'm glad I took the risk.

Today I've bought like three or four different things in different shops. Made me damn stressed, but that's still a huge accomplishment. Tomorrow I'd like to order something, for example a coffee. That's gonna be difficult, but I'll try.

I've accomplished going to town to run some errands, such as going to the library, and the shops. I've also done some laundry and am currently talking a break from cleaning up the house. :) Today has been very productive.

I got through the work day without getting overly anxious
I read more of my book than I thought I would and will probably end the night by reading to chapter 26 or so. |

I've accomplished breakfast, Finishing packing and sending off my husband for a work trip, and finishing up my school supplies shopping list.

I've accomplished setting up my record binder for this year, as well as finishing up my lesson planning for the month of August.

Work training is finally fixed, so I caught up on it and adulted yesterday so I can enjoy my day off (except the laundry and changing sheets)

Survived walking up some of the steepest hills I've seen. I know it sounds silly but I really struggled and I made it all the way up so I'm quite proud.

I agree that good days should be celebrated. I like to celebrate my birthdays. I'm really looking forward to my next birthday. It will be a good fun and active day.
Hey. I was in the gym today. First I was running, then I was swimming in the pool. And it turned out that I lost weight. This is nice. Then I went to see my girlfriend and now I'm walking with her. |

Got through a day in a strange area with people I don't know.
Travelled a route I've never done before on my own without panicking. Got a cab on my own without panicking. |

I brushed up all the leaves that were in the house from the tree cutters so my mum wouldn't have to do it :)
