Had my last session of therapy today.

A little sad, but nowhere near as sad as I thought I'd be. My therapist figured she'd given me all the tools she was able to and worked through all the things she could with me and now it's time for me to try to put the tools I've been given into action. It's scary, but I think I can do it one step at a time. I can't thank that woman enough for what she has done for me. Hopefully I can continue progressing.

I am so happy that you are doing well and that your therapist gave you such great tools. I know you can use them and continue progressing!

I am so proud of you! You must certainly feel so accomplished! I remember my last session of therapy and it was definitely scary. :hug:
