I realized today that I've been good about stopping negative self talk in its tracks. It doesn't always get rid of the feelings, urges, or thoughts, but it certainly helps. :D

You know, today was okay :) some chicks gave me a lot of compliments on my singing which boosted my confidence a tad, and Matthew is acting a lot better around me which is always a plus because I can't and will not lose him to anything. And um... I don't know. 44 followers on tumblr? :nosweat:

My cat is so cute. She made sure to curl up closer to me. She saw me sit down, and she got up and moved to be close to me. Adorable. ^.^

I got dressed and put on my makeup without losing my smile. I think I'm falling for someone..Hopefully I'm not doing the wrong thing. I made cookies for mom and made her smile.. I've made everyone around me smile today :) |

I'm happy today because: a few moments ago I realised that this time next year I will be enjoying my last school holiday before leaving school and moving on to sixth form :)

An elderly woman who was in a wheelchair came up to me in the street and just said 'you're gorgeous'. That literally made my day today :):)
