Another day self harm free, I am not so stressed about school work anymore, and I am actually having a fairly good day. There was even a moment today when I was laughing so much my stomach started hurting. I love my friends.

I'm happy today because we are going to put together Ava's swing set! :) It is a b-day gift, but we are going to give it to her a bit early since it's going to take us a couple of days to put it together. I'm super excited.

I'm happy today because it's Wednesday. :) That means Family Home Evening day, and that's one of our favorite days of the week.

I deep cleaned by car after 2 months. I feel so much less stressed when I have guests in my car lol.

I made it to a week SH free, plus today I got to relax because I have no work I can do until monday. Tomorrow there's also a sleepover which I'm looking forward to.
I managed to talk to my sister about the SH, which honestly I was expecting to be a lot more intimidating. Another person for support, sweet. |

I spent quality time with many people I love in my family today and had a fantastic day. ^.^

I found out that my essay is going to be published in my university's literary journal (I was a member of the committee that my essay was submitted to so I already knew, but it was exciting to get the email). I'm home all day today too (I'm also sick, but hey, still get to be home all day).

I got my boyfriend a book he's been wanting.
I also bought a book. Was a little disappointed they didn't have another book my boyfriend has been wanting but he said he'll get it on amazon. |

I got extra time to do my exam from yesterday after having a meltdown in the middle of it and this time I actually managed to finish it well. Plus I read more chapters of my book than I planned and was actually concentrating.

I love Wednesday just because I get to hang out with my friend. She doesn't leave a nasty, bitter feeling inside me whenever we part ways. She's positive, upbeat, intellectual, mature, and despite everything that's going against her she keeps her head held high. That's my kind of person. Shame we only have one hour a week outside work. :(

I have two more days left of school and then it's holidays, and I've actually been making an effort to plan to see friends during the holidays instead of just staying cooped up in my room the whole time.
School is cancelled due to the cyclone! Not necessarily a good thing about the cyclone, but the no school is definitely a good thing. |

I'm about 200-300 words away from finishing the first complete draft of my dissertation.

I made it to two weeks SH free, and there's no school today either meaning it just goes straight into holidays. No school for over two weeks, thank you cyclone. (The cyclone has completely left here as well, so it's really nice outside.)

Because I am trying again, despite being terribly sad. I still have hope to be happy now before I can never be happy anymore.

That I took a step for my own mental health. I made an appointment with a new mental health doctor for next week. Starting my journey to mental health again. :D
