I have, at least, one package coming today. There might be one or two more coming but I would have to check the tracking. The other ones that are set to come usually take a while and do not come with tracking. Book mail is always amazingly fun!

It is Friday and my boyfriend and I don't have a whole lot to do this weekend. We might do something tomorrow. I was telling him maybe we could go to the Karaoke bar for dinner tomorrow night but not sure we have the funds for that.
I got my book mail and am super excited. Was able to get the first two books in a fantasy series I want to start sometime soon. Also able to get the first book in another fantasy series and then a few books that are classed as horror. Definitely hoping to get to some of those in October. I also just received a letter from Social Security telling my that starting Oct 3 I will be getting a full payment. They were going to be paying me a really small amount next month due to some issues and due to a change in the benefits I pull from...but I was able to get it fixed so I shouldn't have to worry about being as poor next month. I should also be able to cover all my bills and then some as well as put a little bit of money in savings. If all goes according to plan then I should be able to spend exactly what I wanted to on everyone at christmas time. Definitely a good day. |

I should be getting my owlcrate box and even though I have been spoiled on some things I'm curious to see if I was correct about the book.
Also, I think I'll be getting at least one other item in the mail. |

I got a few more of my packages. Got another one of the christmas presents I ordered for a friend.
Sadly, I think the USPS lost one of my packages but I have to wait 14 days (till the 26th) before they will do an investigation. It will suck if this package is lost since I can't replace the items (They were arcs) |

I picked out and ordered my new glasses today, surprisingly, Medicaid coverage is AMAZING for glasses (7-10 business days until I can see again)

i saw my gym friend when i was out on a walk so nice surprise for sure! and theres a guy who likes my fashion taste (it gets some critisism so its nice to be reminded theres good attention too sometimes) and i happened to pass him too :)

Had a good time at book club and we picked a book that I read last year. So, I technically don't have to read the other selection if I cannot fit it in.

I got the 50th Anniversary, signed edition, of The Outsiders today. I don't usually care all that much about having signed novels but it's one of my favorite books...so I wanted it.

I was asked to be a trial admin for another site I am on. It was kind of nice. The trial period is about a week long which should give me time to adjust and make sure it is a position that I want to take on.
The rules are relatively simple too |

That money is back pay that I am owed! It's enough for me to pay off my credit card debts and then have left over for next year in case we don't get jobs right away... I'm do relieved. This is definitely what I have been needing.
Won't be getting it today but sometime in the next few weeks. |

That appointment turned out a lot better than I expected it to, I'm feeling much better than I thought I would.
