I walk and smile all day today, because I adapted after my illness, because I returned to Aikido, because yesterday I had another training session, where I realized that the body remembers a lot, and with each session it remembers more. So much joy these trainings give me! And that's why I spent the whole day smiling at people, opening the door to grandmothers, and they were so happily surprised, everyone's mood improved, and it was even more pleasant.:

I got through class okay. I had to do speaking to a group, which I was nervous about. I didn't do brilliantly and it has got me slightly worried about my final project, but otherwise it went okay.
