How can I change the last activity time to the right tine zone?

For some reason mine always seems to be an hour off no matter what I do, but you can try to fix it in your options here.
Let me know if the link doesn't work1

Mine is an hour off too, even though the GMT offset is correct and Daylight Savings is in effect.
