I just found out that I have to strip for my rheumatology appointment. And I have cuts all over my thighs. :(

I'm covered in flea bites, and since I'm pretty allergic to them, they're all giant welts. Plus, there's one exactly on top of a pretty nasty scar and it itches like crazy!

I feel lonely and I feel bad for feeling lonely, because I know if people visited, I wouldn't be able to talk to them properly or allow myself to get the physical contact I need from them anyway.

I just feel yuck. I don't mind being forgotten about, I know people are busy and have lots of other clients. It's just that this week, I needed that contact, and there's no way I can actually tell them that, so as a result I feel lonely . . . and I feel bad for feeling that way because there's nothing I will do about it anyway.

We had a shooter drill today, they put off real gun shots, and i almost had a panic attack. :(

So I did have to strip at the doctors. The assistant literally grabbed my leg to see my scars. :(

My "every twenty minute" bus home took at least half an hour to arrive, and it was so overcrowded, I could hardly breathe. Maybe if the buses actually arrived on time, there wouldn\'t be an overcrowding problem, don\'t you think? Gotta love Bus Éireann, huh?

Insomnia! My dad needs to learn how to shut his mouth! Worked a bunch today, alone. I was supposed to have help from 2 other people! Savannah won\'t text me back. I\'ve been in a depressed and grumpy mood. But she knows I don\'t like to be told, "Life gets better."

I barely slept last night because someone else is here and it just feels so fucking weird having someone else in my house. Based on that, I don\'t think I\'m going to cope with having a new flatmate. >.<

I\'m so tired all the time. And today I found out that when you have depression, you can\'t get into the deep phases of sleep, so no matter how much sleep I get, it won\'t be refreshing. Lovely. :/
