You'd PM someone on disputes for another member or performance if you do not think a staffer is doing their job

If you find someone's posts or behavior in the forum offensive, report any posts you see, or in the chatroom, talk to a chat moderator when the behavior happens. You can also talk to anyone on the Disputes Committee: http://www.teenhelp.org/forums/showgroups.php (that shows the different staff groups). Hope that helped a little. Take Care,

I'd suggest speaking to someone on the disputes commitee or speaking to an admin.
