Re: Questions for the opposite sex - Volume I
For guys: So what does it mean when a guy (who flirts a lot with all girls - just for fun) goes from: flirting with you - stops flirting with you and starts talking "for real" with you and hugs you whenever he meets you - and then stops completely, only comes over you to ask "practical" questions, like "Do you know if John is in town?" or "Have you seen Jessica?" but always says it in a "giggling" kinda way ?
(Did that make any sense?) |
Re: Questions for the opposite sex - Volume I
It sounds like this guy needs some growing up to do. He also sounds like a bit of a manwhore.. He obviously doesn't know what he wants in his life yet.
So ignore him, and if he really likes you then he will go after you! Question for the ladies.. There is this girl that I really really like.. I asked her to prom last week and she said yes!! Pheww.. But now I am going on a date with her tonight.. Our first, soo I'm wondering if the date goes really really well. Is it wise to kiss her when the date is over, I'm not talking about making out but ya know.. I just don't want to mess this thing up. Which I am known to doo.. Please help!! |
Re: Questions for the opposite sex - Volume I
Hahah Colton, I love you.
But. I don't see the problem If it does go well you should. =) Just a cute little kiss. There is nothing wrong with that. Hope the date goes well! You have my luck. =P Question to the guys: Why do some of you seem so intranced by the sight of bigger boobs? O_o |

Question to the girls: what signals do you send to let a guy know that you like him indirectly and directly |
Re: Questions for the opposite sex - Volume I
Yung bzy: i, for instance, like to smile and definitely make eye contact with him and tease him hehehe.
For boys: why do you ask a girl out but then you dont set up a day for it? That drives me insane, if you dont want to date her then why ask? oh and another: why is it so hard for you to show your emotions? |

Every girl I have been with hated when I got emotional. Girls like me more when I have independence, show confidence, etc., and being emotional contradicts that. Furthermore, it's been ingrained in guy's heads since birth, like girls who are obsessed with being thin. Socially, it is our assigned gender role. It's rather depressing, but I have gotten used to it :) cheers |
Re: Questions for the opposite sex - Volume I
if you go to the movies alone with a guy is it automatically a date? or is the guy still convinced you're just "hanging out"?

Also the whole "be mean to the person you like" thing is totally true to me. I don't do it directly. It's totally a habit that I can't break. It's kind of my way of saying "we're not friends, you are NOT putting me in the friendship zone, I'm happy to joke with you but our relationship is purely superficial unless you show some sort of romantic interest in me". |

2. Because that's what women damn well expect! if i was to lay my emotions down on a girl I liked she would run a mile! And the boobs thing is a construct we've evolved, big boobs = healthy individual nothing more complex than that |

Why am I saying this, if you're not happy with your own yourself and how you react to people, you can never be happy in a relationship. |
Re: Questions for the opposite sex - Volume I
1. Why do men change their mind about whether they like you? One day they're all over you and the next "give me some space", the next they're kissing you again.
2. Why do boys expect girls to be perfect??? |
Re: Questions for the opposite sex - Volume I

2. They don't at least I don't. No one is perfect. It depends what kind of guy you are, but I love my gf because she acts natural, she doesn't smell like perfume and use makeup. She has pimples and things sometimes like I do. We are no different. Though I won't discredit the fact us guys have fantasies about how girls should look, so I'm sure he just wants to fulfill his fantasies with you, which goes back to the fact he might be using you. You shouldn't have to change who you are for him. Have you talked to him about this? |

Question for the guys: Would you be comfortable having only one sexual partner in your lifetime?
|
Re: Questions for the opposite sex - Volume I
If a male friend tells you "you were the prettiest girl there" (we went to a party) when drunk does that mean anything? *) We've been friends for years and nothing has happened at all between us :/ It's just when he gets drunk he says things like that which make me think.

Then again, being drunk makes you more confident. So he could really have feelings for you. I think it's best consider it no.1, that way you can wait and see what happens. |

Another aspect would be, practice. Not every relationship will result in love. But with most relationships you'll learn to trust a little more, to care a little more, and to be more open minded. Some relationships are basicallly practice. Quote:

Re: Questions for the opposite sex
Guys: What is so fun about cracking a girl's knuckles? Two guys have done this to me now...I tell them that I never crack my knuckles and I don't really even know how, and they automatically go "Give me your hand." EVEN WHEN I SAY IT HURTS AND I DON'T LIKE IT. :p What is the appeal here? xD
