Haha I ban you because I'M BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was busy making a thread on another site :dem:. So no, that theory is out of the water, I do NOT have a life outside of the internet ;). Hehe thanks for noticing I was gone :hehe:. And sadly those days of going to gym are about to be gone :(.

I ban you because treadmills are boring. I like rowing machines, cross trainers, bikes, swimming, and free weights, and weight machines . . . but I cannot stand treadmills ^.^

Also Hamed, working out at home isn't too hard, just requires a bit more motivation.

I ban you because I have trouble maintaining a consistent speed.

Say, on a treadmill, you jog at 9 or 10km/h, that's the *only* speed you go. I can't do that. In 25 minutes on a crosstrainer, I start at about 8km/h and by halfway through I'm going at 12 or 13km/h, or if I'm tired near the end, down at 7 . . . I just can't maintain a consistent speed. I'm weird.

I ban you because I think that's the same with everyone. Sadly the cross-trainers at our gym have a speed limit, they used to have no speed limit and I would get up to 30 kilometres an hour and it turned into some of the best cardio workouts I have ever done but now the limit is a measly 25 :glare:. I also ban you because on the treadmill I ran a marathon within four days............. which is slightly dangerous but a MASSIVE achievement in itself :p.
