Erection & masturbation problems

I have to major problems:
1. I can't get an erection very often anymore. Im 16 and I can only get it occasionally, its not something that happens whenever I want.. which is odd because it used to get erect much easier
2. I cannot masturbate with my hands. If im able to get myself hard I can never reach a point where im going to ejaculate..

My girlfriend gets back from a holiday in less than a week and we plan on having sex but with these problems I wont be able to do it and its making me extremely nervous
I only began retracting my foreskin a few weeks ago and am starting to get over the hypersensitivity on my glans. Before this I used to masturbate by rubbing my penis on a soft material (eg. mattess), and doing it this way im able to ejaculate normally
Please help me out, why am I suddenly faced with this issue? Is this serious and can I help it?

Just to clarify, I am not a homosexual. I posted this in another website and all I got in return was a comment trying to tell me to watch gay porn lol.. I have a girlfriend and I am extremely attracted to her, so please dont make that assumption. I need serious answers please!!

Masturbation is natual. But too much masturbation can lead to a damaged penis. I know that if you apply too much pressure on your penis while masturbating, it is possible for you to damage the tissues within the penis. I also know that tissues are made from cells. Cells have the ability to multiply themselves. So maybe if you just give some time for everything to grow and develop back into place, then I'm sure your muscles will be up and running again. I also learned in school that cells need alot of water to survive. So it would be good to drink lots of water and eat as healthy as you can. Don't even mess with your penis, you may damage it more. Try sleeping on your back. Don't wear very tight underwear. Just relax. You might not have the chancce to "get it on" with your girl when she comes back.. but I'm sure if you eat healthy and drink alot of water... you'll will be able to soon. If the problem continues for another month, notify a doctor. I hope the best for you! :D

Dude. STOP stressing. You're stressing about the sex you planned to have your partner, therefore your penis is all, "stop, I'm scared!"

Lol. But seriously, stop stressing, that is the beginning of your problems. My boyfriend had the exact same problem... He would get so stressed out about not being enough during sex or whatever, he'd get nervous that we were going "to do it" and wouldn't be able to keep it hard. There's nothing wrong with you, you're just stressing out too much about the situation. Then you stress about the effects of your previous stress, and on it goes. Just relax. Good luck.

It took my boyfriend a while to finally ejaculate when he first started masturbation. Is it because your hand gets sore, or does your mind wander and you forget what you're trying to achieve? Maybe try watching some porn while you masturbate, this might help. He too used soft things like a blanket, or mattress etc.
About your sensitivity... Don't worry about it. My boyfriend is still super super sensitive and we've been sexually active for over a year. It's best to not desensitize it, as it will bring you more pleasure during sexual activity if it's more sensitive.

Are you taking any medication? I recently found out that my ADD medication was causing a mild case of erectile dysfunction. I stopped taking it, and now I'm rock hard lol.
