I don't think you have anything to worry about. Planned Parenthood states that even masturbating regularly does not affect sperm count or your ability to get someone pregnant. It also shouldn't impact testosterone levels.

I guess as far as your steak it depends on what you define as masturbation. You said you weren't intentionally masturbating, so you don't have to count it if you don't want to.

I don't know your reasons for not masturbating, but remember that masturbation is healthy and you shouldn't be ashamed if you do decide to do it. It's a natural way to relieve stress and pent up energy. It's completely normal!

It's awful to say that. As Dez put nicely in the post above, it's each individual's own definition of what a streak is and whether or not it has been ruined. If they were masturbating in their sleep and had a wet dream, then I don't consider that as a "no fap" streak ruined.

You really need to be mindful of the things you say and how you word them to users.
