I mean your entire genitals, not just the length of your penis but also the circumference of your penis and your testicles.

I may not be a penis-haver but I've seen a lot of people on the site who seem to have a similar story. I think it's worth going to the doctor just to check out your hormone levels and make sure there's no medical cause for it, but if all is clear it's just who you are and there's no shame in that!
