Macrogenitosomia Is only for men.
Is a clinical condition where genitals overgrowing normal size too much. Usually puberty gives the most important changes but you can assume it also when you're younger. In any case better consult a doctor.

And... Yes I think someone her has it.

Yeah, I have macrogenitosomia. A pretty special case as well, they call it extreme gigantogenitosomia
