Irregular period?

Hi.

My girlfriend is 13 and her period was late this month by a few days. She had her period on saturday and it's only lasted about 2-3 days.

Is this normal for a girl her age or is it a sign of something bad?

She's 13, so of course it's going to be normal. A girl's period can be irregular for a while. It doesn't mean anything is wrong.

It's normal, yes. Periods can be irregular from time to time, it's nothing to worry about.

Periods can be irregular for quite some time. She's young, so it's nothing to worry about. It's completely normal. =)
