Cant Get Pregnant?
 

This totally came to me in the middle of the night last night. Me and my husband were thinking about having a baby... and it just came to me that I havent been on birth control in over a year we have never used condoms or anything like that either. So why havent I gotten pregnant yet? Before we were just like when it happens it happens. Now we feel like we are ready and would like to try but we dont know where to start. We I mean we KNOW how (lol) but no baby yet. We usually have sex like 2 times a week if time allows us. But a while ago about a few months after i got off the birth control we would have sex like almost every day. Its just been recently we havent made love as much but still.. Why havent we gotten pregnant?

some people can take years to get pregnant while others can do it within the first few tries. You pretty much need to hit it in between a few critical days while you're ovulating. My friend and her husband tried for 9 months while my husband and I tried twice, I was rather upset that it took no time at all, I was in for some more nookie.

Sometimes I think it's just luck.

After high school I had a live in boyfriend... we never used anything. This happened for months, and I never got pregnant.

With my husband I was on the pill when I got pregnant.

Just keep trying, and make sure you are trying while you are ovulating. If you keep having trouble, there is medication you can try and such. Also, search online for tricks that will make you and your husband a little more fertile.

Have sex on the 10th, 12th, 14th, 16th, and 18th day of your cycle counting from the first day of your last period. Do that faithfully and after a few months of that, if you don't get pregnant, maybe go ask a doctor what might be going on.

Well since you haven't actually been trying.. I wouldn't worry about it.
Lots of women I know have said when they worried about it, nothing happened.. but when they relaxed and had sex just to do it and have fun.. BAM baby in the oven.

There's also a way to check your fertile peak by measuring your vaginal discharge. (usually your peak is when your discharge is think and stretches around 1 inch i think it was.. not sure but I can ask my lady friends again if you'd like)

I would just suggest having sex constantly every day without fail. Just do it. :P

Like has been said, I'm sure it's nothing to worry about =]

Maybe have a little calender where you note down your periods, so you can come up with the best days/nights to try for a baby =]
