I am falling for my bestfriend/ ex girlfriend
 

So i dated this girl, her previous boyfriend lived in ireland and they were together for 2 years and 7 months. They broke up and she tried moving on. She started talking to her sisters boyfriends little brother, she liked him after 4 months and he never made a move. Then we met and we started dating, we rushed it and we were sorta happy, and we broke up, and we decided to become friends, but i fell in love with her slowly...more and more. We would still walk together, talk a lot, from morning to night, we would kiss and make out at times. till one day when we were hanging out, things got heated. And we made sure we used protection and i though we were gonna be a thing again. And well today she tells me that we're just friends and that she's sorry for everything. I really liked this girl. I was falling in love with her, then this happends and well im just so confused. We did rush it but i mean we could do it over and take it slow but she's afraid that she might not feel the same way i do. But we did all this and then she drops that on me. I keep overthinking it. Is there going to be a chance? Or is it time for me to start letting go? I really dont want to let her go. Im optimistic but i think that there might not be a chance anymore.
